This training will discuss the importance of a healthy, safe and nutrition program for all children. The participant will be given ideas on how to improve security, safety and reduce risk factors of their program. Healthy foods and general nutrition will also be discussed

Value: Completion of this class is worth 7 clock hours of training and certificate will be emailed or mailed after completion of all requirements.

Objectives: Successful participants will:
- plan a healthy weeks worth of meals

- explain the SAFE playground

- list and explain how to reduce risk factos at their program
